Jobs on Jobs

October 6, 2011
While the only Apple product I own is an iPod, my husband, parents, brother and many friends own iPhones and multiple other Apple products. I have found it ironic that most of them learned of Steve Jobs’ passing on the very technology that he facilitated the creation of. I don’t know much about Steve Jobs, but while reading the morning news, the following quote stood out to me and I felt the need to share.

“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do,”

“If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on.”

Steve Jobs, said at the 2005 commencement address at Stanford University.
Let this day be great. There is lots to be thankful for.
Cheers,
